In these times of austerity I was wondering if we as a community can't do our own little bit to help the government plot their way out of the financial mire ......... considering the ministry of justices coming cutbacks, they will have to trim something out of the system as they can't afford to pay for the existing setup, to make cutbacks some things will have to drop under the prosecution radar as there won't be enough funding to keep the current status. Looking at potential savings, how much money is wasted in the incarceration of cannabis growers and dealers? How much money is wasted in the court system? How many pig hours are spent issuing fines, cautions, and pursuing...

London's Criminal Appeal Court heard 59-year-old Chung Yan Chan allowed drug producers to use the warehouse - in which they grew more than 1 million of skunk cannabis - after his noodle production company failed following flooding. Hi A DRUG dealer supplying cannabis in a Gloucester street was caught after a householder alerted police. Barrington Esson, 20, was seen behaving suspiciously in Foxtail Close, Robinswood, Gloucester Crown Court heard. Hi 11 August 2010 Police raided two houses in the same residential street in Northampton, uncovering a cannabis factory and seizing an unlicensed firearm. In a co-ordinated swoop yesterday, officers raided the two homes, both in Pilton Close, Rectory Farm, within minutes of each other.
